Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive Intern to join our team in Pune. This is a paid internship position ideal for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As a Business Development Executive Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, while helping OmniGross achieve its growth objectives. Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill)
  • Great phone etiquette to manage customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Knowledge with Zoho or other CRM tool
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to identify and close sales opportunities effectively
  • Excellent negotiation skills to engage effectively with potential clients and partners
  • Strong market research skills to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships with clients
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and concepts clearly
  • Great phone etiquette to manage customer calls professionally and efficiently

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Manage and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales activities
  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Assist in the development of proposals and sales presentations
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to drive business growth
  • Generate reports on sales activities and client feedback for management review
