We are offering an exciting internship for a motivated individual to join our team as an Online Bidding Specialist / BDE. This is a
3-month full-time internship based in
Noida (onsite), with a stipend of
10,000 per month and the potential for a full-time opportunity based on sales and growth performance.
Bid Management: Identify relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc., and submit competitive bids.
- Proposal Writing: Create tailored proposals that highlight our strengths and meet client requirements.
Profile Optimization:
Ensure our profiles on various platforms showcase our skills and past work effectively.Market Research:
Stay up-to-date on market trends and adjust bidding strategies to increase success.Follow-Up: Respond to client inquiries, negotiate terms, and monitor ongoing bids.
- Performance Reporting: Track bid success rates and provide insights for improving future strategies.
Understanding of freelancing platforms such as Upwork.
- Strong written communication skills for proposal writing.
Detail-oriented with a grasp of client needs and project requirements.- Familiarity with pricing strategies for freelance services.
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
