Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving growth for the company. If you are passionate about marketing, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and meetings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to develop customized solutions for clients.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the company's products/services and value proposition.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Track and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

BBA / MBA in Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and negotiation tactics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:

Rs. 2,50,000 LPA

Fixed Component: Competitive base salary commensurate with 3-month probation period is 15000 - 18000 (In hand)

Variable Component: Performance-based incentives and bonuses tied to achieving sales targets and business development goals.

Location: Greater Noida (west)
