Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will identify new business opportunities in US Staffing, connect with potential clients, and help the company grow. They should have strong communication skills and experience in BPO.
Responsibilities:
- Find potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Build relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by negotiating deals and contracts with clients.
- Research market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
- Present company services to clients through meetings and presentations.
- Maintain records of sales and client interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, especially in BPO.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
