Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto spearhead our D2C sales efforts in the investment solutions space. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with retail clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with a solid sales background in finance, investment, or related industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Business Development:Identify and target potential clients that align with our investment offerings. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market reach.
-Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding their financial needs and offering customized solutions.
-Sales Strategy:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and optimal product positioning.
-Market Analysis:Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities and areas for growth.
-Negotiation & Closing:Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and IntelliInvest. Close deals efficiently while upholding a high standard of professionalism.
-Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to fine-tune future strategies.
Qualifications:
-Experience:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in D2C sales, preferably in the financial services or investment industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
-Location:Preference for candidates with sales experience in Delhi NCR regions.
-Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong capacity to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
-Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
-Attitude:Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
