Job Title: Business Development Executive - Institutional Sales
Location: Cochin
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 plus incentive*
Educational Qualification: - MBA in Marketing or BE
Experience: - Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably with experience in educational product sales
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have a background in MBA Marketing or BE, with at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in educational products. You will be responsible for visiting technical institutions to identify and develop new opportunities, arranging and coordinating orientation programs and seminars, and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's overall growth is a key aspect of this role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Visit technical institutions to identify opportunities for add-on and internship programs
Arrange and coordinate orientation programs and seminars
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts
Achieve sales targets and drive overall company growth
Follow up on leads and opportunities to convert them into sales
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in institutional sales; experience in educational products is an added advantage
Strong understanding of market strategies and customer relationship management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in English
