Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable terms and agreements for both parties.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in business development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in business development, digital marketing sales, and international client handling.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
