Job Description

Role:

We're looking for High Accountability and High Ownership individuals who are ready to work in a high paced environment. You are expected to coordinate with the clients and make sure that they are getting a clear product offerings understanding from your end and to ensure all aspects of customer acquisition are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients and make sure they are getting an understanding of all the product/service offerings.
  • You will be working 6 days a Week from Mon to Sat. Sunday will be your Week off.
  • Initially you will be kept in a 3 Months Probation period. Upon successful completion of the probation period, your Full Time Employment will come into effect.
  • For the duration of your probation period you will be paid Rs. 30,000/- as a fixed salary component. Incentives would be over and above this depending upon your performance (As high as 11%)
  • Onboarding big ticket authors and organizations
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Perform Service demos to customers (Online & Offline both)

Requirements:

  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Any experience in B2C/B2B Sales is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • We expect you to be able to grow and adapt to a rapidly iterating atmosphere of a startup.

Offer Details:

Role Location: Bengaluru

Start Date: Immediate

CTC: 7-8.5 LPA(4-5.5 Fixed + 3 Variable)
