Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Develop strategic plans to penetrate target markets and expand our client base.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with potential clients.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and goals.
  • Engage in consultative selling to position our IT services as solutions to client needs.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals ensuring alignment with client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions based on client feedback.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of our services and their value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our offerings based on market feedback.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in B2B sales within the IT services sector, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
