Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experiences in Healthcare IT PACS/HIMS/LIMS/LIS/RIS/EMR Software Product Sales
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate, Preferable MBA (SALES & MARKETING)
- Good Communication Skill in English, Hindi & Local Language
- Good Skills in Data Management & Reporting using MS excel, Word, Google Sheets, Exposure to CRM tools such as V-Tiger
- Experience in Hospital Sales
- Job profile includes travel-stay for 8-10 Days/Month, in non-HQ locations/sales territory
Role & responsibilities
- Leads will be provided by backend team
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Hospital visit to meet the Radiologist/IT Managers/Operations Manager/Decision Makers
- Technical Demo
- Identify & convert the requirement of Software into opportunity
- Prepare, Submit Quotation to customer Negotiation & Order Finalization
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Track software sales and reports on a weekly basis
- Adapt and experiment as per how outbound sales is changing.
- Implement cutting edge tech stack to improve sales processes & metrics.
- Procuring new clients through collaboration with the marketing department
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers
- Perform sales presentations, professional reporting skills to negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
- Manage the sales with the sole focus on maximizing revenues in timely, reliable, and consistent basis.
