Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (real estate knowledge is a plus).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and competitors.
