Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Manager located in New
Delhi. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for new business development, lead generation,
business communication, and account management. They will be actively involved in identifying
and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing, and maintaining relationships with
clients, and managing accounts.
Meet and exceed quarterly & annual quota.
Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.
Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect
Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level
Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive
references for prospects.
Candidate must have experience in IT hardware, networking, software sales.
Having experience in IT hardware sales - Laptop, Desktop, Printer, Server, Storage etc. will be
preferable.
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience of 4-6 years in IT sales or said domain.
Track record of over-achieving quota
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
