Role Description
The Holiday Sales Advisor role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur and Gurugram. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements
Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements
Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently
Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales
Represent company values while speaking to customers
Provide exceptional customer service
Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals
