Must-Have Expertise: Counseling for UG/PG courses (BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, MBA, MCom, MSc, PGDM, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide prospective students by offering detailed information about courses, colleges, and universities.
- Support students in selecting academic programs that align with their career goals and interests.
- Conduct engaging counseling sessions, including expert-led and alumni interactions, to provide in-depth insights into the university experience.
- Ensure seamless support throughout the admissions journey.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve smooth and successful enrollment outcomes.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students to facilitate application completion and admissions.
- Manage the end-to-end admissions process for various academic programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and faculty.
- Experience in admissions enrollment or education counseling (preferred background: Univo, Unext, Blackboard, CollegeVidya, etc.).
- Strong team collaboration abilities and a positive attitude.
