Job Description

Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Perungudi, Chennai

Skill:

Cold Calling, Email Campaign, Lead Generation, Market Research.

International Market, Software Services. IT Sales

Requirement:

  • Identify and pursue decision makers in need of our softwareservices.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive database on opportunities andcapture strategies.
  • Plan, develop and execute territory plan for assigned region.
  • Conduct meetings with new and existing clients to express anddiscuss our Software Services and to ensure the continuous development offuture relationships/partnerships with our clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms to ensure a win/win outcome for both withus and Client.
  • Translating client needs into Statements of Work or Job Orders.
  • Providing quality control throughout the delivery process.
  • Represent the company at marketing events, tradeshows, business forums, and other related events.
  • Must do Hunter and responsible for targeting new IT projectsin professional services at mid to large businesses and Fortune 500clientele.
  • Managing and penetrating existing and new accounts.
  • Creating new business opportunities and increase sales revenues.
  • Qualifying new accounts to expand client base.
  • Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management tomaximize account penetration.
  • Assuming responsibility for day-to-day management of clientaccounts.
  • Has to collaborate effectively with technical teams on proposalsand sales efforts.
  • Has to manage multiple concurrent sales initiatives acrossgeographies, companies, and industry sub-markets.
  • has to establish and grow relationships with C-level executives.
  • Has to proactively build and enhance a qualified pipeline.
  • Consistently promotes and contributes to an effective team environment within the business unit.
