Why are we here

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor in the Admissions team of Henry Harvin. The incumbent will be responsible for bringing in admissions to the program via outbound calling on candidates who have shown any interest in the program on our website or anywhere else.

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for an Admissions Counsellor. The Admissions Counsellor will be responsible for providing information to prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, communicating with them via phone and email, and ensuring that the admissions process runs smoothly.

  • Counselling potential learners on their career path. Someone whom the learners can look up to
  • Owning the sales life cycle includes outbound tele calling, Live demonstration, sales closure, and admission operations
  • Deal with the existing customers over call regarding the product and convert it
  • Post-sales coordinate proper execution of the training program
  • Explaining the program offers to the prospective candidates
  • Taking prospective candidates to the journey of admission till the time they are onboarded
  • Handling admission operations and convert those leads into sales/admissions

Who are we looking for

  • A quick learner, confident and high on energy
  • Someone with great communication and coordination skills, empathetic and convincing traits
  • Has analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of working with data using excel or google sheets
  • Someone with proven performance in Tele-sales, comfortable in high ticket-size sales
  • Great Listener

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sales skills and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in education or admissions
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in using CRM software is a plus
  • Able to complete minimum 2.5 years talk-time on daily basis.

Additional information about the role

  • Location: Location: B-12, Sector-6, Noida (Nearest Metro station sector-6)
  • There will be two/three interview rounds as part of the selection process
  • If selected, you will be required to join immediately
  • Minimum 1 year of Ed-tech sales experience is mandatory
  • Language - English Speaking & Writing
  • Working Days: 6 days per week
  • Working Hours: 8.5 hours including lunch break of 30 minutes
