Roles and Responsibilities -
- Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals etc.
- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Develop business plan and sales strategy based on company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the assigned territory.
- Prepare action plans for individuals by effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist & also participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
- At the beginning of each month, discuss with the manager to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan.
- Handle, Identify and resolve client concerns.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Ensure that the sales floor operations functions smoothly.
- Motivate & developing the most well trained, professional sales force possible.
- Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department / personnel in the organization.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all proposals submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, activity reports submitted by Individuals.
- Create and conduct presentations whenever / wherever required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Making every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
- Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings.
- Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.

Education Qualification: MBA in Marketing
Industry Experience: 2-5 years experience in business development in Testing, Inspection & Certification business or any of the above product categories.
