Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Ensures that all Sales Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals etc.
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop business plan and sales strategy based on company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the assigned territory.
  • Prepare action plans for individuals by effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Assist & also participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • At the beginning of each month, discuss with the manager to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan.
  • Handle, Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
  • Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Ensure that the sales floor operations functions smoothly.
  • Motivate & developing the most well trained, professional sales force possible.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department / personnel in the organization.
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all proposals submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, activity reports submitted by Individuals.
  • Create and conduct presentations whenever / wherever required.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Making every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
  • Prepare in advance and conduct regular sales meetings.
  • Constantly strive toward continuing professional growth.
