Job Description

Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic Business Development Executive to engage with customers, understand market

trends, and generate leads for our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess in-

depth product knowledge and a strong understanding of market dynamics to drive successful sales

strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their

requirements.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products/services.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital

marketing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

Provide feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.

Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and

engagement.

Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and curating engaging content.

Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all

channels.

Generate leads through targeted social media campaigns.

Analyze social media performance and provide insights to improve strategies.

Coordinate with team for content creation when necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
