Business Development Executives/Assistant Managers in Mumbai and Noida. As a key member of our
sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market
presence in the B2B industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach,
networking, and lead generation within the B2B sector.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their
business needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and
potential areas for business expansion.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and proposals
that align with client objectives and company goals.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely
follow-ups and effective negotiation to meet revenue targets.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and
performance metrics to the Sales Head and Director.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex
concepts and build rapport with clients.
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals
and achieve sales targets.
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales and a drive to
succeed in a competitive market.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
7. Willingness to work from the office in Mumbai (Vikhroli) or Noida (H-18 Sector 63).
