Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our offshore healthcare services team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare sales, be skilled in cold calling, and excel in professional email marketing campaigns. Experience in design is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working the night shift to cater to clients in international time zones, particularly in the U.S.

Reuired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in healthcare sales (minimum 2-3 years).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language, with a persuasive approach to sales.
Cold Calling Expertise: Excellent phone presence with the ability to connect and persuade.
Email Marketing Skills: Proficient in writing professional emails and creating compelling email marketing templates.
Design Knowledge: Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other business communication platforms.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM 5 AM IST) to cater to international clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with offshore healthcare services.
Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system.
