Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our offshore healthcare services team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare sales, be skilled in cold calling, and excel in professional email marketing campaigns. Experience in design is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working the night shift to cater to clients in international time zones, particularly in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to generate leads, present the company's services, and close sales deals.
  • Email Campaigns: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients:
  • Design professional, high-conversion email templates.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, optimizing for better results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other outreach strategies.
  • Proposal & Presentation Development: Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Design Teams: If necessary, work closely with design teams to create impactful visuals for campaigns.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, campaign performance, and lead status.

Reuired Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Proven track record in healthcare sales (minimum 2-3 years).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language, with a persuasive approach to sales.

Cold Calling Expertise: Excellent phone presence with the ability to connect and persuade.

Email Marketing Skills: Proficient in writing professional emails and creating compelling email marketing templates.

Design Knowledge: Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe, or similar is a plus.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email marketing tools, and other business communication platforms.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.

Night Shift Availability: Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM 5 AM IST) to cater to international clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with offshore healthcare services.

Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
