Job Description

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, and closing sales deals to achieve the company's growth targets. The role involves networking, relationship-building, market research, and strategy development to drive revenue and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales Pitching: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the companys offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute a sales strategy for business growth.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with prospective clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed reports on sales activity, prospects, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimal service delivery.
  • Follow-up: Engage with leads and clients through follow-ups, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and maintaining client engagement post-sales.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and data.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
