Job Description

We are seeking a Manager - Project Sales for one of the leading multinational companies in architectural hardware and access solutions, based in Ahmedabad.

They operate in over 50 countries, with production facilities and distribution offices in all key markets.

  • Automatic Sliding Door Operators
  • Automatic Swing Door Operators
  • Complete Automatic Doors (Framed, Curved, Telescopic, Revolving)
  • Movable Walls/Partitions (Variflex, Skyfold)
  • Fire Doors and Related Hardware, Exit Devices
  • Electronic Locks and Devices
  • Manual Doors (Glass, Fire Rated, Non-Fire Rated)

Key Responsibilities:

The role drives sales and nurtures relationships with key customers, architects, interior designers, and builders to create new business opportunities. You will work to maintain and enhance both volume and value share while actively promoting the brand.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Prospecting, acquiring, and preparing product/service offers for customers.
  • Ensuring timely product and service delivery in line with agreements.
  • Monitoring key metrics to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and developing market insights with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in the supply chain and finance sectors.
  • Developing the project segment within the assigned region.
  • Establishing and maintaining a builder merchant network.
  • Planning strategies to achieve targets while optimizing revenue.
  • Liaising with clients and retail/project customers to promote the product line and meet sales targets.
  • Conducting project costing and presentations to enhance brand image and product profile.
  • Implementing a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory to drive revenue and profit.
  • Building sustainable relationships with customers and partners.
  • Effectively utilizing CRM tools.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on promotions and product launches.
  • Providing market and competitor insights to management.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-divisional sales.

Managerial and Coordination Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for overall sales performance in the assigned territory.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ensuring effective use of CRM systems.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing for promotional activities and launches.
  • Sharing market intelligence with management and marketing teams.
  • Adhering to applicable laws and company policies.
  • Creating cross-divisional sales opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering (not mandatory).
  • Strong background in project sales with excellent relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.

Salary: Approximately Rs. 4.0-6.0 LPA (negotiable).

Location: Ahmedabad
