The Role

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for :

  • Research and acquire clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms etc.
  • Search the labour market and identify potential clients.
  • Conduct introductory meetings with corporates in order to secure businesses.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service.
  • Maintain healthy business relationships between the team internally, and between the team and the external clients.
  • Prepare monthly business reports as assigned by the general manager.
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure candidates fitness according to client's requirements.
  • Draft job descriptions, business contracts, and other related forms in coordination with the concerned parties.
  • Update the team on the latest market trends and related country laws and ensure zero violation.
  • Prepare business proposals, conduct research, and participate in feasibility studies.
  • Follow up with the Finance Department to ensure proper records and statements whenever needed.
  • Follow up pending payments and maintain high standards of confidentiality.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Consulting and Staffing / Executive Search industry.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
