Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Gencosys. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication with clients. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
