Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, account management, and effective communication. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining existing client accounts.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Good knowledge of Portals Upwork, Freelancer etc.
• Good technical knowledge and managing team using portals as BA is a plus point.
• Strong business acumen and effective communication skills
• Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
• Account management skills
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
