Role Description:

This is a full-time position for a Recruitment Business Development role located in Bangalore. They should be confident with building new client relationship. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
• Good at cold calling,email marketing and Linkedin.
• Responsible for lead generation for staffingbusiness
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA is preferred.
