Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Develop comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, leading projects, and prominent developers.
  • Client Outreach: Connect with potential clients via phone to invite them to exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Assist clients during expos by introducing them to developers and showcasing premium investment opportunities.
  • Project Presentations: Deliver detailed presentations on Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make informed investment decisions.
  • Sales Execution: Drive property sales by converting leads into successful transactions.
  • Client Follow-up: Maintain post-expo communication with clients, addressing queries and exploring further investment opportunities.
  • Lead Management: Track client interactions and feedback to ensure efficient lead management.

Qualifications:

  • Open to both graduates and postgraduates.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with the team.
  • Confident in presenting real estate projects both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to guide clients confidently through decision-making processes.

  • 6 days a week (1 day off, excluding weekends)
