Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Mastery: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Dubai's real estate market, key projects, developers, and evolving trends.
- Client Outreach: Connect with prospective clients via phone, inviting them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
- Expo Assistance: Support clients during expos by introducing them to developers and showcasing high-value investment options.
- Project Presentations: Provide detailed presentations on various Dubai real estate projects to help clients make well-informed investment decisions.
- Sales Execution: Drive and close property sales, converting leads into successful transactions.
- Post-Expo Client Relations: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients after expos, addressing their queries and discussing additional opportunities.
- Lead Management: Record client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions to ensure efficient lead tracking.
Qualifications:
- Open to graduates and postgraduates.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong command of both Hindi and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement and teamwork.
- Confident in delivering real estate presentations, both in-person and over the phone.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to guide clients confidently through the decision-making process.
