Job Description

We help clients exceed marketing and sales goals by delivering qualified Sales leads and Opportunities.
  • Role Overview -The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The individual will utilize effective communication and sales techniques to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and position our products or services as valuable solutions.
  • Responsibilities

Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.

Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they align with our target customer profile.

Schedule appointments between potential customers and our sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Provide sales teams with necessary information and materials to help them close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential customers.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment preferred.

  • Week off: Saturday and Sundays off
