Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building our business activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Developing local channel partner network
- Managing relationships with local channel partners
- Maintaining channel partner and customer satisfaction
- Supporting channel partners with marketing and promotion activities in coordination with central marketing team
- Keeping track of leads shared with channel partners
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in your territory for projects
- Negotiating project deals
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Building rapport with local architects, building contractors, roofing contractors and profilers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Building rapport with local event organisers and advertising channels to participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Desired Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). CRM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Local Language is mandatory
Desired Experience
- 3-5 years of field sales experience in the building / construction / roofing products industry
- Experience of setting up and managing channel network will be an advantage
- Experience of identifying and negotiating project deals will be an advantage
