Roles & Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support- Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers
Organize annual and monthly events
- Coordinate with Trainers & Training Organizations
Coordinate with marketing agency & other vendors
Requirements:- 1-5 years of experience in internet market
Basic knowledge in MS excel sheet
- Should be able to work independently
Smart in communication & presentation skill- Graduate in business administration
Experience in sales or operations or customer service would be added advantage
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing / HR / Operations / Finance
