Job Description

SOME BASIC KRA'S:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
  • Qualify leads and assess their digital marketing needs and objectives.
  • Present our range of services, including SEO, SMO, and Ads marketing solutions, in a compelling manner.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and address any objections or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, SMO, and online advertising, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
