As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our creative team.

Job Title: Account Executive

Location: CP, Barakhamba Rd, Delhi, India.

Company: Flash Digital Solutions

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

As a Account Executive at Flash Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and expansion of our digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives and effective communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively pursuing new business opportunities, and converting leads into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Solution Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients specific needs, showcasing our digital marketing services.
  • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
  • Targets and Reporting: Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the Delhi market and relevant industry connections is advantageous.
