Fastor7 is a New Age Technology & Growth Studio that facilitates Digital Transformation for Businesses wanting to go and scale online, and Companies wanting to Ideate, Test, Launch, and Scale Technology Products and Automation Tools.

  • Fastor7 Digital Business Universe which is a Digital Business Universe by an award-winning team from IIT Delhi. Just like our universe has 5 elements, our Digital Universe has 5 elements that are essential for any business to launch and grow digitally.
  • CovidMealsForIndia.com - This was a not-for-profit platform launched during the second Covid wave when India was going through one of its toughest times, and was able to impact over 5 Lakh Indians across 800+ cities within the first month of its launch.

Job Description

  • You will be part of our Tech-Product Studio.
  • You should have an experience of selling Custom Software development services, Web Application , Mobile Applications, Product Designing , Software Product & IT services
  • You will be generating leads & conducting discovery calls with qualified prospects
  • Lead generation using various platforms like LinkedIn, Apollo.io and emails for custom software development services.
  • Target-based and monthly target achievement.
  • You will be prospecting every day to keep building your pipeline.
  • Conduct research to identify new marketing trends and customer needs required to convert leads
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Developing goals for the marketing team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Will have to sell technology services like building custom web & mobile apps and softwares to higher authorities like VPs, CEOs, etc
  • Responsible for preparing the proposals for the software development and preparing in RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Draft and implement business development tactics tailored to the defined market.

Requirements - Who can apply

Only those candidates apply who:

  • Have 2-3 years sales experience & proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Strong understanding of app development, web development, and digital solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
