Job Description

  1. Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Develop tailored business proposals and presentations to showcase our products or services and address client needs.
  1. Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  1. Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of service.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the negotiation and contracting process.
  • Work closely with the legal and finance teams to review and finalize contractual agreements.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue performance using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales data and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (eg, Salesforce).
