Position: Business Development Executive (Domestic)

Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify, connect, and engage with potential domestic clients to drive sales growth. Develop strong, long-term relationships.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently work towards and achieve set sales targets and performance goals.
- Lead Management & Data Handling: Maintain organized records of leads, update the CRM system regularly, and develop strategies for efficient lead management.
- Strategy Building: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement strategies to boost sales and improve processes.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs, track market trends, and stay ahead of competitors.
Required Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Proven ability to negotiate deals effectively and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Market Understanding: Insight into domestic markets and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Quick to adjust strategies based on feedback and new information. Proficient in handling objections and providing solutions.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with managing customers and optimize the sales process.
