Business Development Executive

Role Description:

This is a full-time role as a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Esro Magica. As a BDE, your daily tasks will include providing guidance and support to students, conducting individual and group counseling sessions, helping students navigate their educational and personal challenges, and promoting Esro Magica's programs and services.

Job Office Location: Office no.201, Navale Icon, 2nd floor, Near Navale Bridge, Pune-411041.

Working Hours: 9 hours per day (From 1:30PM-10PM)

Working Days: The work schedule includes weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with one weekday off

Base Salary: 15,000-22,000 Per Month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing a career in the space field.
• Guide students through academic and career decisions related to space sciences.
• Promote and sell Esro Magica's programs and services to prospective students.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in providing counseling or mentorship is a plus
• Knowledge of space and astronomy education
• Empathy and understanding of student needs
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Sales experience or a strong sales aptitude
