Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time, Work From Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Saturday and Sunday off, but meetings or schedules may occur if necessary)

Salary: 13,000 to 16,000 + Allowance

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and business growth, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and attend client meetings (online/offline) to present services.
• Develop and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Manage leads and convert them into business relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
