Job Description

We are looking for a resilient and dynamic Business Development Associate to contribute to the

growth of our company, Eon8. The associate will be responsible to find and acquire new

clients while encouraging existing clients to upscale.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with all services offered by our company.
  • Acquiring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the

marketing department.

  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Review clients feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or

services.

  • Market research for identifying the new client, lead generation & Converting the lead into prospects.

Requirements:

Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. Excellent written and oral communication skills.

0-2 years of sales experience in the sales field.

Note:- Experience in the digital marketing field is an added advantage.
