Job Description Sales Executive - Position: Sales Executives
Lead Generation:- Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and industry events.- Qualify leads to determine their fit and potential for conversion.
Customize sales pitches to address specific client security challenges and requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and grow the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, retailers, and government entities.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
Education:o Any Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) MBA good to have.
Skills:o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Strong technical understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
