Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and closing deals.
The Business Development Executive to work Independently and collaborate with other team members to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products (Engineering Design services, CPQ, Costing, Product Sourcing and Manufacturing services).
- Experience in handling international client. Client developments. (US, Europe & Canada Market)
- Approach a new client for business services.
- Ability to create a customer database.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical + Master Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the Engineering Services Industry.
