Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market, focusing on IT services.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other online platforms such as Upwork to close business deals and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire local Indian businesses for software development products.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new leads and convert them into clients.
- Perform data scraping and data mining to gather valuable insights and identify potential leads for business growth.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of closing business deals using LinkedIn and other platforms like Upwork.Expertise in outbound sales, including cold calling, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international business development within the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals through LinkedIn and Upwork. Experience in acquiring local Indian businesses for software development.
- Proven expertise in outbound sales and cold calling. Background in data scraping and mining for effective lead generation.
