We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our
dynamic team at Elastic Serve Pvt Ltd. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication
skills and a proven track record in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential clients to promote our Web Development Services through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, face-to-face meetings, Online meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs and requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing solutions tailored to their business objectives.
Collaborate with the technical team to create proposals and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Attend industry events and conferences in India and Outside of India to promote the company's
services
Prepare sales reports and participate in sales meetings to discuss performance and strategies
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT Sales (Domestic or International)
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Experience in international sales or working with global clients.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Proven track record in lead generation and business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with software development services and technology trends is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales principles and business development concepts.
Networking and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel domestically & internationally for onsite client meetings.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
Good negotiator.
Proficient in oral and written communication in English.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
