The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing enterprise client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized IT hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and an understanding of the IT hardware industry.
- Identify and target enterprise clients, establish relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client needs, IT infrastructure requirements, and challenges to provide tailored hardware solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Present product offerings and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and secure long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including pipeline management, forecasts, and activity reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IT hardware industry.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks and promote the company's products and services.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in enterprise sales working at a distributor, manufacturer, reseller or partner.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive revenue growth and secure new business deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Familiarity with IT hardware products and solutions, including servers, networking equipment, storage, and peripherals.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
