Job Description

We are hiring for our client - After Passout.

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Edtech sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our Edtech solutions to potential clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation:
  • Achieve sales targets by successfully closing deals with educational institutions, corporate training centers, and other relevant organizations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client success and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Edtech sector.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
