Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.).
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and explaining how our training programs can benefit them.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups and progress tracking.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and training teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in the education, tech, or training industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
A self-starter with a result-oriented mindset.
MBA preferred.
