Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategy:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the consulting, tech recruiting, and talent acquisition sectors.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in tech recruitment and consulting services.
Explore new markets and industries to expand the company's footprint, particularly in tech talent acquisition.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their consulting and tech talent needs are met.
Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide customized consulting and recruitment solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and strategies to optimize their talent acquisition processes.
Consulting Services Expansion:
Work closely with the consulting team to identify opportunities for expanding consulting services to existing and new clients.
Collaborate with the consulting team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that address client needs in tech and business strategy.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Leverage industry knowledge to source and attract top tech talent for clients, ensuring a strong fit with their organizational needs.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
Stay updated on the latest trends in tech recruiting and talent acquisition to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Networking & Market Intelligence:
Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and build a robust professional network.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt business development strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters, consultants, and project managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team to refine service offerings and improve business development processes.
Key Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on consulting, tech recruiting, and talent acquisition.
Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong understanding of the tech industry, including current trends and challenges in tech recruiting and talent acquisition.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Education:
MBA in Business, Finance Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Masters in Business Admin is mandatory.
