Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team full-time on-site. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the achievement of our sales targets and overall business objectives.

Role Description

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and acquiring new customers through various sales channels.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and staying informed about industry trends.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Hindi and English.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Equipment: Must own a laptop.
  • Attributes: Hardworking and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
