Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and generating leads, as well as setting up meetings with prospects who have digital marketing requirements. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Research and generate leads through various channels, including LinkedIn research and outbound lead generation techniques.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their digital marketing needs and goals.
- Set up meetings and calls with potential clients to discuss our services and offerings.
- Collaborate with founders to develop strategies for acquiring new business and expanding our client base.
- Maintain a high level of productivity, making a specified number of calls and generating a target number of leads daily.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing lead data.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn research techniques for lead generation.

20,000 INR per month + Incentive
