Key Responsibilities:
Presales:
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update CRM with all client interactions and opportunities.
Track and manage sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and closure.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for capturing new business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that drive lead generation.
Backend Work:
Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
Provide support in coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle routine administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing functions.
